BIO Miso (traditional Japanese spice paste)

Naturally fermented, aged barley-grain miso in organic quality. Free of preservatives and colouring agents. Our miso is labeled Shiro miso (light) and is made in chunky tsubu quality - contains chunks of chickpeas. It is a perfect substitute for broth.
