KADETT is produced without colourings or E additives and has a reduced salt content. After slow maturation in humidified maturation chambers, this results in a unique taste experience: a rather creamy, fresh taste with a pleasant, slightly sweet note.

Caractère is the matured variety with a slightly spicy taste.
