The Eurobeef Competitions 2025 are the ideal stage for your artisanal, homemade top products.   • Exhibition of products (except tapas platters): during the 4 trade fair days
  • Awards ceremony: Tuesday 30 September 2025 at 17:30
  • Location:
    • judging and awards ceremony: in Hall XXL of Kortrijk Xpo (access via Hall 6)
    • exhibition of products: Inspiration Square Meat (Hall 6)

  • tapas platters
  • artisanal cooked ham
  • artisanal salted ham
  • artisanal salted charcuterie
  • artisanal meat products based on meat or poultry
  • artisanal dry sausage (smoked or unsmoked)
  • jelly preparations

Competition Categories Saint Hubert
takes place alongside the Eurobeef Competitions. This way, your game terrines also receive full attention:

  • game terrine (venison)
  • game terrine in crust

    The regulations state that only game hunted on Belgian territory in 2025 may be used; this is to exclude farmed animals (rabbits, fallow deer, and others).

    Regarding venison: hunting of male deer opens in Wallonia on 15 September, and for female animals on 1 October. So if we prepare a deer terrine with meat frozen at the end of 2024 … we will certainly accept the terrine.

    The same applies to venison, pheasant, wild duck, etc.
