An inspirational space will be created at the heart of each zone, allowing artisans to find inspiration throughout the 4-day event, while enjoying the great atmosphere and unique experience of a 'bistro setting', including:

• tastings of new products developed by exhibitors
• specialist demonstrations
• presentations of the products entered in the (renewed) Innovation Awards
• info sessions for artisan entrepreneurs
• contests and awards ceremonies
• the opportunity to participate in networking sessions and the 'Soirée Côte à l'Os' with your customers.
