Live demonstrations
During the fair, our test bakers will demonstrate:

• The fully automatic large bread line for long & round loaves
• The small bread line for pistolets and sandwiches, among other things
• The latest KDS dough cutting machine, which we use to produce sliced small bread: taste ciabatta, pumpkin rolls, sourdough sticks, and triangles.
• Our KGM biscuit machine will be demonstrated daily. We will bake delicious caramel sea salt cookies and Christmas cookies. Discover the versatility of our special rollers!
• We will slice freshly baked bread on site using our KBE bread slicing machine. We will demonstrate the KBE with a cutting thickness of 9 mm and 11 mm.
