In the centre of each zone there will be an inspiration square, where inspiration will be continuously offered to visitors: technical demos, tastings, informative and inspiring talks, competitions and award ceremonies, etc.....
You or your Ambassadors can put your know-how & company in the spotlight on this square via a Talk:
You provide:
the speaker (max. 30 minutes)
possibly products
you provide us with the necessary information and visual material for our communication and for the set-up of the demo zone
if you provide a powerpoint at your talk, it must be delivered to the organisation at least 2 working days in advance
We provide:
seating for around 40 people
TV screen
sound system, microphones, .....
inclusion of your talk in our online communication + brief mention in the programme
DEADLINE for submitting the PROPOSAL = 30 JUNE 2025 (*)
(*) Available times will be allocated in order of request and as long as time slots are available. The organisation reserves the right to accept or refuse any application in order to put together a balanced programme.
