Youngster Demo: Creativity and Talent in Action

During this demo, the youngsters from the Belgian butcher schools will showcase their skills and creativity. Each school from full-time education will delegate 2 students, who will work within a fixed timeframe with an identical starter package. With their own creative input, they will each prepare a 'Gourmet & Teppanyaki' dish. In this way, the butchers of tomorrow already take a prominent place on the inspiration platform for the sector.
