Jeune Rôtisseur Tom Moreau prepares at ARTISAN for the international stage

At ARTISAN, our Belgian pride, Jeune Rôtisseur Tom Moreau, takes the spotlight. Tom is the national candidate of La Chaîne des Rôtisseurs – Bailliage de Belgique for the prestigious international Jeunes Chefs Rôtisseurs Competition, which will take place on 18 April 2026 in Istanbul, Turkey. Through a national roadshow, Tom is being intensively prepared for this unique challenge.

At ARTISAN, Tom will complete a full training session. In doing so, we not only showcase Tom’s craftsmanship but also the dedication with which Belgium supports its young culinary talents.
