The Belgium Chocolate Awards, organized by the trade magazine Chocolaterie, honor the most exceptional chocolate creations in five categories: Praline, Bean-to-Bar, Corporate Gift, Hollow Figures and White Label.
At Artisan, the best pralines will be judged during a live jury session on Tuesday 30 September. The awards ceremony will take place the same day.
Best Praline of the Year
Participants will work around the theme 'Go Nuts'. The filling may consist of a maximum of 2 different layers and 1 texture; the mold will be provided by the organizers.
