De Nolf Bakery is an artisanal cookie bakery, founded by Jan De Nolf and Joséphine Leterme. The story began when Jan was twelve years old. He baked speculoos and sold them to a restaurant in Kortrijk. What started as a playful hobby soon grew into a passion that became increasingly serious. First as a side activity, and later together with Joséphine, we took the leap towards a full-fledged bakery.
Today, De Nolf Bakery offers a surprising assortment: sweet cookies and savory vegetable crackers, as well as refined pastries such as cannelés and “bokkenpootjes.” Always made with love for the craft and an eye for quality.
